Opening for Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Description
  • Coordinate with all the project owners on the regular basis for the project update
  • Monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Single point of contact to communicate with all the stake holder for the project queries and downtime requires.
  • Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed management attention.
  • Share the MOM of all the project related meetings
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
  • Need to produce daily, weekly and monthly project reports.
